You can track your order by following the tracking link in your shipping confirmation email or by logging into the Account Page, locating the order in question, and clicking on “Track Package.” Click on “Show Carrier Tracking Page” to be shown the specific tracking link provided by the carrier.
Civilizi currently only delivers to the UK, US and Eurozone countries.Under normal circumstances, the delivery time for the above mentioned countries and regions is 5-12 days.There are some differences in delivery timeframes from country to country.

In order to reduce the operating costs of Civilizi products as much as possible, and to let customers benefit from the cost savings, Civilizi has no plans to set up local warehouses in the above areas for the time being, and whether there will be such a plan in the future is undecided for the time being.
Currently all Civilizi products are shipped from Shenzhen, Guangdong Province, China, and we try our best to choose the logistics company that has the best performance in terms of delivery cost, delivery efficiency, and parcel security, etc. to deliver your order.
Excluding some irresistible factors, under normal circumstances, except for Africa, the delivery time limit for the above countries and regions is around 10 days, and your order will be delivered near your home in around 7 days from the date of parcel dispatch.
Under normal circumstances, your order will be dispatched from Shenzhen within 24 hours after you have placed your order and successfully paid. You will receive a dispatch email once your order has been dispatched, and you can also log into your Civilizi account to track your order delivery information.

All of Civilizi’s products are currently shipped from Shenzhen, Guangdong Province, China.
Once you place your order, you have a 15-minute window to make changes or cancel. If your order has already been processed, don’t worry—you’ll be covered under our Return Policy. To cancel an order, log in to your account with the same email used to place the order, go to My Orders & Returns, find the order you’d like to cancel, and click “Cancel.” If more than 15 minutes have passed since your order was placed, you will not see the option to cancel. Our goal is to ship your orders as quickly as possible, and unfortunately, we’re unable to cancel or edit orders more than 15 minutes after they have been placed.
Before placing your order on Civilizi, you can change the shipping address directly in your shopping cart. Within 15 minutes of placing your order, please contact [email protected] and we will do our best to change it before your order ships. After this 15 minute window, we unfortunately can no longer change the address. We recommend contacting your local post office with your tracking numbers to see if they can reroute your order to another address.
If your package was marked as delivered but you cannot find it, please wait 48 hours before contacting customer service. In most cases, a carrier marks a package as delivered prematurely, and the package will arrive within 48 hours. In some cases, the package was delivered to a neighbor or placed in a different mailbox. If you can, please ask your neighbors if they have seen the package before contacting customer service. If you still have not found the package, please email us at [email protected], and we will let you know of next steps.
Please report all packages as missing or lost within 10 business days of the expected delivery date. You can report a package as missing by emailing customer service at [email protected]. If a package is reported as missing > 1 week after expected delivery date, you will be asked to file a claim with the postal carrier.
If you are not happy with your online purchase, you can return your item(s) within 30 days of receipt of your order. The item(s) you return must be in their original condition, unworn and sellable. We do not refund any original shipping fees. You will be notified once we receive the return and you will receive your refund within 3-5 working days of this.
All online returns are subject to a return fee of GBP £12,The return fee will be deducted from the amount of your refund. Returns due to damaged or incorrect items are excluded from the return fee. We recommend getting a proof of postage stamp from the Post Office or a tracking number from the courier company.

RETURNS CONDITIONS
The items are your responsibility until they reach our warehouse. Please ensure you pack your items carefully to prevent any damage. We are not responsible for any items that are returned to us in error and will not be able to return these to you free of charge. Please contact us for further details.
Items bought as part of a multi-item offer, must all be returned for the full refund to apply. If one item of the offer is returned, then the value of the lower priced item at time of purchase will be refunded. If you qualified for a free item with your purchase, this will need to be returned with the main item purchased, to qualify for a full refund.

To create a return, please log in to your Civilizi account. If you have not yet created an account, you can do so here with the email address you used to place your order.
Once you have created an account, log in to your account and click My Orders on the top navigation bar, which takes you to My Orders & Returns. Scroll to the order you would like to return or replace and click Return or Replace Items. If using a mobile device, please click the item you wish to return, then select Return or Replace Items.
Select each item that you wish to return or replace using the checkboxes, and complete the following for each:

After submitting, you will select your preferred return option for each item.
Once your return request is submitted, you will receive a confirmation email with a prepaid shipping label to use when dropping off your return. You can also access your return label on your My Orders & Returns page under the order being returned.
Exchange orders are created once your return is received and restocked at our warehouse.
